This November 26th, come celebrate Thanksgiving at El Mirador Oceanview with a three-course dining experience that blends American Thanksgiving traditions with the ingredients and flavors of Mexican cuisine.

Thanksgiving is a celebration of gratitude, a time to gather with those we hold dear and enjoy the small moments that make life special.
This November 26th, Guaycura invites you to enjoy a special menu at El Mirador Oceanview that combines the essence of this American tradition with the richness of Mexican gastronomy.
Our culinary team has designed a special three-course menu, crafted with seasonal ingredients, artisanal techniques, and flavors that reinterpret Thanksgiving classics.
Special Thanksgiving Menu
FIRST COURSE | APPETIZER
Roasted Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Soup
Velvety pumpkin soup served with wood-fired roasted sweet potatoes, scented with sage butter, candied pumpkin seeds, and crunchy house-made sourdough croutons.
SECOND COURSE | MAIN DISH
Turkey in Hoja Santa and Maguey with Classic Gravy
Turkey breast and thigh, marinated and slow-roasted in an artisanal wrap of hoja santa and maguey leaves over a wood fire, resulting in juicy meat with subtle herbal and smoky notes.
Served with traditional pan gravy, rustic roasted garlic mashed potatoes, artisanal bread stuffing with dried fruits, and cranberry compote.
THIRD COURSE | DESSERT
Chocolate Pudding and Ganache with Vanilla Ice Cream
Creamy dark chocolate pudding topped with smooth ganache, served with a scoop of artisanal Papantla vanilla ice cream and crispy fried plantain chips.
