On June 5th and 6th, Guaycura joins the Todos Santos & Pescadero Culinary Experience with two culinary events that bring the dining experience to two distinct settings: the cliffside at El Mirador and the coast at Al Mar and El Faro.

Opening Night: Taste of Baja California Sur kicks off the weekend at El Mirador with an evening of guest chef tastings, food stations, wine, live music, and sunset views from one of Todos Santos' most memorable venues.

It's a dynamic and diverse way to kick off the experience, offering a variety of flavors and moments, and an open evening to explore Todos Santos' cuisine from multiple perspectives.

Star Chef Dinner at Al Mar / El Faro

June 6 · 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

On June 6, the experience moves to Al Mar and El Faro, where the ocean sets the scene for a six-course pairing dinner featuring fire-cooked cuisine, wines, and cocktails.

This evening is the highlight of the experience: a more intimate setting, a sequence of courses designed by guest chefs from various cities, and a format crafted so that the landscape, cuisine, and conversation all share the spotlight. Each course will be created by a different chef, resulting in a dinner crafted from diverse perspectives, techniques, and sensibilities.
